We offer six website design, development and maintenance related services across two “hourly pay-as-you-go” and four “monthly retainer” plan types. Our scope of service, pricing and contract period information can be found below in the Website Services Catalog section.
Hourly Pay-As-You-Go Plans: We offer website management for Urgent requests for $40 per hour for those requiring immediate action and/or are experiencing major time constraints. We also offer website maintenance on a Regular basis for $35 per hour. You purchase quantity in 1-hour pre-paid increments and update your quantity at the shopping cart when additional hours are desired.
Monthly Retainer Plans: For those businesses requiring regular and ongoing website management services we have four non-emergency monthly retainer plans, i.e., Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Retainer plans are pre-paid and lock in your discounted hourly labor rate. Unused hours are not “carried over” or credited. You purchase quantity in 1-month pre-paid increments and update your quantity at the shopping cart when additional months are desired. Additional hours are billed at the hourly retainer rate and delivered within the plan’s turnaround time. With our monthly retainer plans, you are essentially guaranteeing your organization access to a dedicated Web Team and a Webmaster.
