Rivien Media LLC provides a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on monthly retainer plans. If you’ve purchased a monthly maintenance plan subscription for website maintenance, contact us within 30 days of signing up and we’ll refund your credit card and cancel your account, no questions asked.

Our refund policy only applies to monthly retainer plans for Website Maintenance and does not cover “hourly (pay-as-you-go)” or “custom consulting” plans.

If you have purchased a maintenance plan with a multiple month service agreement, you will continue to be billed for the remainder of your agreement, regardless of usage. No refunds are available after the initial 30 day period. Any request for cancellation must be received via the web or regular mail and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.

Accounts canceled or terminated by Rivien Media LLC for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee. The 30 day money back guarantee is limited to 1 refund per customer.

The Services Eligible for 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

• Bronze Maintenance – Monthly retainer (maximum refund $120)
• Silver Maintenance – Monthly retainer (maximum refund $320)
• Gold Maintenance – Monthly retainer (maximum refund $600)
• Platinum Maintenance – Monthly retainer (maximum refund $960)

Services Not Eligible For 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

• A Website Re-design- this product is non-refundable if work has begun
• Any webmaster service monthly subscription offered at a discount in exchange for a multiple month service agreement (these are not publicly shown on our website)
• Any webmaster service monthly subscription where updates were performed
• Single Website Updates
• Any hourly rate work

Please allow 3-4 working days for refunds to take place. Your refund will appear on your credit or debit card or your PayPal account within 7-10 business days after cancellation notice.
